Siobhán is a senior-level leader with over 30 years’ experience across community enterprise, social innovation and the commercial sector, including a decade as co‑founder of a successful indigenous SME. She serves as CEO of the Community Enterprise Association Ireland (CEAI). She works with authorities, agencies, higher education institutions and European partners to design and deliver place‑based economic initiatives.

With an MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Porto University (FEUP), Pedro Soutinho started his professional career in the industrial sector as innovation manager followed by over 20 years in consultancy with a particular focus on developing international projects funded by EU programmes. Expert and evaluator for several programmes, he’s also a PMP Certified Project Management and currently is a PhD candidate in Territorial Planning.

Nerman is co-founder and CEO of Makerspace Garage Mostar, an innovation hub focused on digital fabrication, creative education, and sustainable technologies. His background combines engineering, manufacturing, education, and project coordination across the Western Balkans and the EU. He has contributed to multiple EU-funded and regional projects and is driven by a commitment to the circular economy and technology with social impact.
